Envibro System - General

The aesthetics consist of two parts i.e. the bark and the branches. These two components are also critical in terms of the safety requirements for the public and industry, as a whole, and the material that makes up the components must be strictly applied according to the supplier's instructions.

The main vital components of the branches are manufactured to the SABS 141 standard and comply with all possible aspects thereof. The branches consist of the fronds, main branch and the receptor section.

The fronds are a flexible system of approximately 700 mm long, with pine needles, which are UV treated and will go back to its original position after deformation has taken place.

The main stem of the frond is flexible up to 360° in that it will be able to provide movement during wind conditions and to give an active "live" effect. It will also overcome damage when excessive force is applied during packaging, loading and off loading, handling and transport.

The fronds are IP 65 rated i.e. no need for drainage holes at the main stem or receptors (unless it is for galvanizing).

The branches main section complies to the SABS 141 code. The thickness of the material is strictly monitored to ensure structural soundness without attenuating standard signals of 2,2 GHz and less. This is a very critical part in terms of quality assurance, safety and frequency correctness.

The main composite sections of the branch interface with a steel tube part, which eventually slots into the receptor part. The flexible fronds are located on the main section of the branch and allow one to move the frond out of the way should it be in front of the antenna or other sections without creating damage
