Envibro System - Specifications

The Envibro system consists of two primary components. The internal steel structure and the external aesthetics, namely the Pine tree cladding.

The steel system would either be a Mono Pole or Lattice structure design. It should be a system that would be able to accommodate at least 3 operators with additional ability to handle a range of microwave links.

The system is designed for a wind load capacity of 25 m. In this case the antenna loading is insignificant. The antenna location is within 9 meters from the top of the top steel cap plate. For other design configurations the proprietor must be consulted.

Provision has been made at 3 meters from the top-level section for feeder cable entries. Receptors will be located in areas to avoid being obstructed by any other components.

Additional weight of the bark and branches will be in the order of 1500 kg (20 meter system) and this must be included in the design calculations. The steel system is hot dip galvanized and unpassivated.

The system is properly washed with a galvanizing cleaner and treated with a barrier system and as per supplies exact application instructions. The receptors are welded onto this structure before it goes to galvanizing and the layout complies to a certain extent to the mathematical GOLDEN RATIO theory.
