The current capacity
on a single shift system is in the region of 600 tonnes per month, which
can be extended to some 1100 tonnes, should a second shift be introduced.
This equates to about 150 off 30 m towers per month on a single shift and
approximately 275 towers on a double shift system. TRICOM has recently purchased a third CNC angle processing line that will greatly enhance our capacity once commissioned in September 2001.
Some of our structures such as the parallel mast are more production efficient due to the interchange ability of parts and we are able to improve the capacity on these items.
